Pay-as-you-go General Admin and hourly rated tasks are billed at $40 per hour.

Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainers cover all general admin services and guarantees you access to your virtual assistant for a set amount of hours per month.

  • 10-hour monthly retainer - $350.00 (a 12.5% discount)
  • 15-hour monthly retainer - $487.50 (a 18.75% discount)
  • 20-hour monthly retainer - $600.00 (a 25% discount)

Packages

Admin Support Package

This package is ideal for the new client needing various admin tasks however is uncertain of how many hours will be required in a month’s time. Choosing this pre-paid package is identical to the monthly retainer with the exception that the cost will not recur on a monthly basis. This means your hours may be carried over to the next month (withing 3 month’s time).

The cost for the 10-Hour Pre-Paid Package is $375.00 (includes exclusive access to Chantal Livingstone’s Instant Messenger). This package may be exchanged to a retainer rate at any time throughout the same month of purchase and a one-time $25.00 discount will be applied to the following monthly rate.

Branding Package

Branding package includes:

  • Initial consultation
  • Three logo designs
  • Two modifications
  • Logo sized for website (jpg format)
  • Letterhead, business cards design
  • One hour of editing
  • Final Photoshop file

Cost: only $347

Bookkeeping Packages (Canadian clientele only)

We currently have several bookkeeping packages available to meet all of your needs. You may choose from

Blog Design Package

Blogsite design package includes:

  • Initial consultation
  • Assistance in choosing template design
  • Header design to match your branding
  • Up to five webpages (proofreading/formatting included, content must be provided)
  • Recommendation and installation of Plug-ins
  • Customized sidebars (opt-in extra)
  • Three hours of revisions
  • Throughout creation, site will be live on a secure server so you can always check on progress

**First time clients are required to pay
